Last 8 times I have been here: 1. I cal ahead. They tell me my prescriptions are ready. I show up. They’re not ready. They tell me to “go and shop”. They tell me it’ll be 30 minutes. It’s never been less than an hour. Pretended I didn’t have insurance even though I did and extorted cash from me when I brought in my receipt to get my money back, they claimed I didn’t have a receipt!!!!!! I dif.
I really want to like this place, but it keeps happening where I call and they say my prescriptions are ready and then I come in and they’re not ready and then they tell you to wait for hours in the store
This pharmacy takes forever. There is only one person at the pick up register. I have went in the morning and evening and never seen another register open. Plan to spend 30-45 minutes in line.
