All of the pharmacy staff are cheerful, enthusiastic and competent members of your team at the Mandeville Neighborhood Pharmacy. We are well attended to and greeted with smiles and waves from the people at the drive thru window. When we go in for vaccinations, they do it quickly and always with a warm smile. I have been so very patient waiting for attitudes to change in the pharmacy, but it seems to get worse with every visit (MS CINDY IS THE EXCEPTION!! SHE IS WONDERFUL EVERY TIME SHE WAITS ON ME!!) The staff acts irritated when I come to pick up my prescriptions, irritated that they have to stop what they're doing. They let me stand there for several minutes before they come to the counter. Always have prescription ready when promised. Friendly and speedy service. Willing to answer any questions you have about medications.
Terrible service. Who closes in the middle of the day for lunch. You would think that they could rotate the schedule to where someone is always available
