"Lauren" will talk to you like you are trash. Pharmacy will divert your prescriptions based on whether or not you have insurance they want. Then if questions next time? Lauren will state intent to divert again! And Regional Pharmacy Manager 'Unavailable' for serious questions. Ever, apparently! With Pharmacy like this who needs Malpractice from Medical Doctors or Hospitals? Can get same results from 'Mandeville Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy' apparently!!
All of the pharmacy staff are cheerful, enthusiastic and competent members of your team at the Mandeville Neighborhood Pharmacy. We are well attended to and greeted with smiles and waves from the people at the drive thru window. When we go in for vaccinations, they do it quickly and always with a warm smile. I have been so very patient waiting for attitudes to change in the pharmacy, but it seems to get worse with every visit (MS CINDY IS THE EXCEPTION!! SHE IS WONDERFUL EVERY TIME SHE WAITS ON ME!!) The staff acts irritated when I come to pick up my prescriptions, irritated that they have to stop what they're doing. They let me stand there for several minutes before they come to the counter.
