We travel a lot and have to visit Walmart pharmacys in many states and cities. The Walmart pharmacy in Bernalillo NM is the absolute best!! Everyone is super friendly, fast, competent and uncomplicated. Top notch customer service (wich is very rare these days) they even filled a antibiotic prescription for my cat when no other pharmacy would. This place deserves 10 stars!!!
Understaffed, long queue, rude pharm techs, go to a different pharmacy if possible
I live a long ways from Bernalillio. I have to plan my trips. When they mess up and give you the wrong release date on a medication, it can really mess up one's plans. And once again I'm told the script will be filled on one day and its the wrong date, and I'm basically accused of being a liar on the phone. "That's the date the prescription could be "dropped', not filled, so I, the customer, misunderstood."
