I recently visited the pharmacy and had the pleasure of being assisted by Preston. He helped me with my parents’ prescription and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was attentive, polite, and made sure all the details were correct. It was a stress-free experience thanks to his excellent customer service. I really appreciate the effort he put in and recommend this location for anyone needing reliable assistance.
I just wanted to thank all the Pharmacists and techs over at the Walmart Pharmacy in Bernalillo they are amazing , I have had a few surgeries and I am still have issues and pain and they don’t judge me or make me feel awful about needing pain meds to get me through this tough time . I just wanted to say thank you to all of you I can only remember a few names Amy, Nichole , Jonathan, And there is another young lady and gentleman as well I apologize for not knowing all the names but thank you !!!

We travel a lot and have to visit Walmart pharmacys in many states and cities. The Walmart pharmacy in Bernalillo NM is the absolute best!! Everyone is super friendly, fast, competent and uncomplicated. Top notch customer service (wich is very rare these days) they even filled a antibiotic prescription for my cat when no other pharmacy would. This place deserves 10 stars!!!
Understaffed, long queue, rude pharm techs, go to a different pharmacy if possible
