I usually have a decent experience at the pharmacy except with one cashier, Maria. Maria always seems to be confused or have an issue. On one occasion she issued me the wrong topical medication and when I questioned it she began to mumble and took it back w/out explanation. The pharmacist looked at it and realized the box resembled what I was prescribed and just switched it out with no problem. She asks for name and DOB then cuts you off at the 2nd letter when spelling. I have been coming to this Walmart for years and they never disappoint me when I pick up my prescription.
Communication issues. Person answering calls was very hard to understand. Lady stated pickup next Tues the 3rd, but today was the first. Maybe this coming Tuesday
Positive results
My doctor sent in for 2 prescriptions, each 90 day. I called to see if it was ready because the so called menu help had nothing for my birth date. So I ask to speak to a pharmacist. He said they had to order my pills, and it would be ready by 2PM the next day. So at 3:30 the net day I called and got put on hold, they never came back. So, I called again and she said one was ready, but the other would not be ready until May 5th, today is April 30th.
