Great Service.
The pharmacist was very helpful. The young lady answering the phone and helping people was HORRIBLE. Not helpful whatsoever, and was going to let me go home in pain because my insurance did not cover the full prescription. Just refused to fill it, did not offer me any solutions, such as letting me pay cash, filling the prescription to what my insurance covered, ANYTHING. My husband was rude and did use bad language. Super rude employees especially some lady with green hair probably one of the rudest lady’s I’ve ever had an interaction with she yelled at me and another associate made a comment on my meds that was unprofessional. Ethics needs to take a look at the working environment. Rude service and eating fast food Infront of people seems very lazy.
We stopped here to get my daughters blood sugar checked and the woman there refused. She said I may purchase a kit and test it myself I told her we needed to know now and we aren’t familiar with those and I asked “don’t they check it here? She said yes but it’s $20 and it tests for other things and I said okay we want the test and she said No I asked her why and she said because we are about to close (it was 5:30) I asked what time they closed she said 7. Unfortunately, I have to do business here right now. Both prescription were miscounted. One was missing 15 pills, the other had two extras. Nice people. Obviously operations issues.
