If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would! Not sure if anyone working there has any clue what they’re doing because they are the worst pharmacy and pharmacist experience I have ever had. Somehow the pharmacist couldn’t answer simple questions about my medication or have any decent compassion when it comes to working with the public. if i could give no stars i would. this pharmacy is full of incompetent people i have ever met that are pharmacists. not just once, or twice but FOUR times, i have sent a prescription to rindge pharmacy as its closer to home then my normal Walmart in Amherst Pharmacy. i have been told every time that it will be ready in an hour or so after its sent to them. so today i called them and they told me “itll be ready in an hour”; i gave them some extra time in case they got busy and just showed up a little under 2 hours later. the ... read more
New to the Walmart Pharmacy due to Rite -Aide’s closing. Staff in Rindge store made the transition effortless and answered all my questions professionally and courteously. Filled my initial order today with ease. Was notified by text to come in to pick it up. Pharmacist on duty Christine was GREAT. Pleasant and took the time to go over everything.
Never had a problem here, always on top of everything.
