Dealing with new insurance has been a nightmare. It's absolutely flustered me. I had the pleasure of speaking to Dalina on the phone in the pharmacy. She helped me get my insurance updated and my prescription list organized. As a neurodiverent individual, Im looking for patience and compassion. I got that and more with Dalina. Thank you so much!
