This pharmacy store at forney Texas was amazing. More than five star rating. Exceptional service! Jazmine at the front desk was very professional and cleared up all my confusion about my vaccines. Joyce, the vaccinator, was incredible—I had to receive six shots, and she made the process entirely painless. Her encouraging words and skill made a stressful situation very relaxing. Highly recommended!
I just found out that my medication has a prescription card discount and I wasn't informed of this discount by the staff I paid 600 on thos medication and to me this is not got customer service if you don't informed your customers of discount that are offered. Then I called them ask about this because I spoke to my insurance company about she didn't even look it up and I received uneducated answer. Im going to discontinue my service with them because Im pissed I could have saved $300 on this medication.
Great customer service
Had to call in to get my meds refilled it took them an hour to even find my prescriptions in the system they charged me $64 and I didn't even get my most important meds that they charged me for! I'm schizophrenic and instead of filling the meds that treat it they decided to fill and charge me for a medication I've told them 5 times that I do not take anymore and that has severe interactions with my replacement meds I could have ended up in the hospital and still might because I didn't get my schizophrenia meds and I've been ... read more
I had a great experience at the Walmart Pharmacy in Forney, Texas. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and made getting my vaccine quick and easy. Everyone was courteous and efficient—I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
