Great customer service
Had to call in to get my meds refilled it took them an hour to even find my prescriptions in the system they charged me $64 and I didn't even get my most important meds that they charged me for! I'm schizophrenic and instead of filling the meds that treat it they decided to fill and charge me for a medication I've told them 5 times that I do not take anymore and that has severe interactions with my replacement meds I could have ended up in the hospital and still might because I didn't get my schizophrenia meds and I've been ... read more
I had a great experience at the Walmart Pharmacy in Forney, Texas. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and made getting my vaccine quick and easy. Everyone was courteous and efficient—I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
Ashley, the apparent pharmacist and her staff are incompetent. sitting on the phone for over 45minutes to be told yes we have your script to be put on hold again for them to come back and say actually we dont. as a former pharmacy staff member, the system is not hard to navigate, the techs and pharmacist themselves are lazy and would rather tell you no they dont have something instead of actually looking into the chart. this is not the first time and i know it will not be the last. after my doctors office called to ask what ... read more
I am new to TX and had to come to FORNEY and decided to get my script filled. I am used to small neighborhood stores and this store is just the opposite -crazy busy. I walked in and spoke to one of the CphT and explained my situation. I needed to pay cash because I have WellCare and they want me to us CVS OR WALGREEN-ugh.
