I really try to be patient, but the service at this Walmart Pharmacy continues to be frustrating. Every simple prescription turns into unnecessary back-and-forth. They often say they haven’t received anything, even after the doctor has called multiple times (with me on the other line). It makes the whole process confusing and way harder than it needs to be. Do not go to the store they accuse me of theft their employee stole my food my landline order. When I confronted them and asked him to show me the video footage they said it wasn’t available and they couldn’t show it to me. I have actual footage of me being in a completely different city, helping my friend move things out of his home and then we went to dinner and a place called chopsticks in Westland. They lied right to my face. They accuse me of that in front of everybody in the store. They are absolutely horrible CARLITA ... read more

One of the worst pharmacies in commerce township. There is one pharmacy tech who is the most competent and capable there, the rest of the staff are all always acting lost confused and dumbfounded.
