Donna always has an attitude. I thought the text I got said it was ready to pick up but bc of the way those texts come in sometimes hard to see the latest. So instead of saying oh for some reason it's not ready but we can have it ready in 10 to 15 minutes she preferred to argue with me and then just rang up another one I had ready. The pharmacist Laura is always helpful and even calls when I start new medications. I find the pharmacy convenient, hours are great, and for the most part well stocked. Highly recommend
I have to pick up refills for my Mom on a regular basis-I’m sure they recognize me by now. Even if the refill isn’t ready when I arrive they put it thru and it’s filled within 10-15 minutes. All the folks there are always helpful and kind. Excellent service!
Always helpful and you do not need to wait long when you go at proper times, you might have to wait long when there is a long line or when they have to fill the extremely large amount of prescription orders they have now that CVS is possibly the worst pharmacy on earth that is borderline illegal for not letting you even speak to a human being on the phone now without leaving a message. don’t waste your time.. they will have you waiting an hour just so they can tell you in your face that your medicaid doesn’t exist/is out of date. i called an hour later (after doing nothing differently) and was told my medicaid does work and my prescription is ready? just keep it. i don’t need terrible service.. this is why i always go to a piedmont health pharmacy! thought walmart would work since it was closer. never go that route! (all this was after ALREADY being profiled by walmart worker)
