Never has all my wife's meds, then they never answer their phones
This place is "AWFUL" they don't answer the phones more often than not and omg when they do they act like it's a job or something ohh that's rite IT IS A PART OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION no excuses that place needs to be evaluated period! I feel for the elders whom chooses or has choose to do business here!
Horrible !! They never have anything ready !! Then act like the docs didn’t call it in when the doc show proof they have three times!! Then either say they don’t have it in stock or will have it the next day and still don’t !!! The place is ran horribly!!! Something needs to change asap !!
VERY HORRIBLE on answering the phones , even once they first open. There is no way they are that busy to atleast ANSWER the phone and place them on a brief hold...
