I attempted to have a prescription moved from my old pharmacy to this ome because I had been having issues with the old pharmacy's wait time. I'm already often at the Nitro Walmart so I called on friday 01/16 and The pharmacist i spoke with told me that she would not be able to move my meds because it was already filled elsewhere,my insurance wouldn't allow her to fill it til mid february, i was told under no uncertain terms that they would not be able to fill it. Extremely helpful, friendly and very professional.
Extremely helpful pharmacy staff. They helped us find a coupon that would work for the insulin that we needed, and they saved us probably close to $400. None of the other pharmacies that we talked to even cared enough to help us like that. We are very thankful.
The pharmacists are knowledgsble, compassionate, snd friendly. It sets my mind ar ease to know that they know me by name and genuinely care. They are the BEST!
