Jennifer the employee at pharmacy counter with short white hair old lady, very unprofessional, rude gestures with her hands will tell to stop til she ready for you to walk up after standing in line 30 minutes to be greeted by Jennifer and her rude hand gestures is a bit much. I made a complaint this is second time she has treated me this way. This why I am taking the time to do a review. I went to pick up my medicine today and there was along line as usual but I don’t go when I’m in a hurry! Once it was my turn I was greeted by Diane she was friendly as usual and explained it would take 20-25 minutes for my medicine to be filled so we looked around the store and when I went back I got her again if the other employees were as nice as her it would make the wait worth it Keep up the good work and friendly spirit Diane you ROCK
Insurance called WalMart pharmacy directly and spoke to a pharmacy employee. Walmart Pharmacy told insurance everything was good. Even have the employee's name. Wife picks up Rx and Walmart Pharmacy only to find out that they didn't order enough of Rx. Says Dr. didn't prescribe enough. Why didn't the Walmart employee tell that to the insurance originally. Now have to make another 40 mile round trip to the pharmacy. Alma Walmart Pharmacy is the worst!

I just recieved a call from the pharmacy regaurding my bad review. They had the audacity to attempt indimidation and twist what happened as if it was my fault, the fools. This just makes you even more pathetic! You have 1 major job, fill a perception that a doctor has sent you... you failed!!! Try calling me again with the same tactics and i will record it and blast you for your stupidity! Arkansas is a 1 party state. I dont need your consent to do so!
