The worst place I've ever been customer service at the pharmacy is horrible rude will not answer any questions customer service for over 20 years I would be fired if I talk to people and treated people like they did my wife is disabled and has a speech problem and they act like it puts them out to talk to her on the phone if I could put something lower than a one star I would
Drive thru Takes so long. If customers are having issues, tell them to come inside. I should not be trapped inside for over 20 minutes. At that point bring them inside, so that people can get through the line. Absolutely brutal each time I go through
