I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Walmart Pharmacy. The level of customer service was unacceptable, and it honestly left me questioning the competency of the entire pharmacy staff. They refilled the wrong prescription. Not only was it outdated, but it was from a doctor I haven’t seen in over a year. I’m no longer even a patient of that doctor, and yet they still processed and filled the medication without verifying anything with me.
