The DUMBEST pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!!!!!! I called them 3 days prior to my meds running out to follow up with my refill. They gave me a date and time my meds would be ready. Cool! I called on the dates they gave me to follow up since I didn’t receive a text. They told me meds were out of stock, only had 15 in stock and could fill the prescription with that and I would have to haven’t doctor send in a new prescription. Why isn't there an option for zero stars? I've been waiting on a partial refill for over a week now. This isnt the first time they have out of stock pills. This place sucks. Seek elsewhere. I will be doing so if and or when my " hostage held" prescription is filled
I've bin back and forth on the phone since 9am trying to get my prescription filled. I had surgery yesterday and bin in severe pain all day. It's 5pm and still little to no progress at all. This is my first time getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy and i promise you it will be my last...they should be ashamed to consider themselves a part of health care. Upset angry disappointed and literally physically and emotionally and mentally hurt right now..
