I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and have been on the same medications with no changes. Today they refused to fill my medications even after my doctor called and spoke directly with them twice. How can a pharmacist deny medications from my ACTUAL doctor who sees me regularly. Already switched pharmacies and do not appreciate how rude they were to myself and my doctor. I will not even shop at Walmart for anything
Can't believe how short and RUDE the male pharmacist, Travis, can be. In a profession that deals with fragile, elderly, and sick patients, it amazes me how somebody like this can keep their job. Have some patience, be nice to your customers, and don't cut people off halfway through their sentences!!
Had a great experience at the pharmacy. Everyone was very friendly and efficient!
Had to wait 2 days for a prescription to be filled. Canceled it and went to Walgreens. Got it in 2 hours. When I called Walmart they said they were backed up and he was the only one working in the pharmacy. Woe is me. CALL CORPORATE!! This is unacceptable!
They started out with all my respect and progressively, got worse and worse and worse and today was the end! I had just gotten back from an outpatient surgery where my surgeon prescribed some pain meds and they refused to fill it because they said that the surgery location was over 15 miles from their location!!! I don’t choose where the surgery is going to be performed. However, I only live five minutes away from this Pharmacy.! Way to go Walmart Pharmacy you’ve lost another excellent customer
