The worst pharmacy in Williamsburg! the staff never gets prescriptions right-you have to call repeatedly for the same prescription to be ordered and filled, then you end up running out before it’s available for pickup. The two women working in the pharmacy also overcharge on prescriptions-check your receipt, or better yet go to another pharmacy
This is the worst pharmacy around, they never have my medication ready, no matter how much time it is sent in to be filled. I come from work to pick up my medicine that is supposed to be ready at 10:30, it is 3:30 and it's still not ready. Then I have to wait 30 more minutes for it to be ready. This is ridiculous. This is the last time my medication will be filled here, I don't care how much more I have to pay, it will be worth it just to be able to get it on time.
One of the young pharmacist was very helpful. Excellent attitude. She went outside and hand picked medicines that really helps me.
On Wednesday afternoon my doctor send my prescription in. 2 hours later they told me that they wouldn’t have my script ready for another 30 minutes, and I had tiny humans with me so didn’t wait. The next day I called bc they still hadn’t texted that it was ready. “Oh, we had to order it, it’ll be in tomorrow” That brings us to Friday….i call again….”oh, it didn’t come in, we have to order it from a different vendor, it’ll be in Monday” So I tell them that I’ll be out of meds by then, and ask what I’m supposed to do?! “Well, ... read more
Everyone is wonderful! We have been using this pharmacy since they opened. Very professional & thorough. Idk what these other reviews are about bit I have never seen them anything but helpful.
