I had a disappointing experience this evening. The pharmacist was dismissive when I asked for clarification about my prescription and seemed rushed and unwilling to help. This lack of professionalism left me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. I recommend improving customer service training to ensure patients feel supported and well-informed. Instead of blaming the patient that “you should have picked up your medication when you received the text message to do so!” That was the entire issue with this. I called just yesterday... read more
