Called to check if a product was in stock outside the pharmacy. The person who answered left the pharmacy and checked for me. Tried calling other Walmarts and targets with no help so just wanted to give this person credit for their help!
I was going on vacation and there was a miscommunication with my local pharmacy before I left, so I called the Bolingbrook Walmart Pharmacy and asked them to "transfer" the prescription so I could pick it up on my way through. They had it ready to go the next day, no wait, no issues with my insurance — perfect and helpful and definitely amazing that I didn't have to go on vacation without my meds!! Jenn is a liar. She told me false information about hours of operation at a hospital, and did nothing to correct a mistake on pain medication. I asked for assistance, She then made me put in the back end leg work contacting hospitals and offices. One hour later she called and attempted to say she had called and cleared up the problem that myself and the hospital fixed.
