Everyone at this pharmacy had always been extremely kind, helpful, compassionate, and informative. The pharmacist Emily is exceptional. We first started using this pharmacy when my special needs dogs was diagnosed with Epilepsy and Dandy Walkers. She was placed on several different medications and it was very costly. She went above and beyond calling her vet neurologist and prescription drug discount companies for a solution to get her medication costs reduced to a far more cost effective price. Horrible customer service from.female pharmacist. Switched my medicine, different type of meds . And she refused to fill. Made me feel like im A drug user.. Very Rude, zero customer service. Transferred all my meds elsewhere
If I could give zero stars, I would. The female pharmacist (Emily, I believe) not only treats customers with a complete lack of respect and empathy, but also fosters a toxic and hostile work environment for employees. I’ve witnessed firsthand the way staff are belittled, micromanaged, and set up to fail, all while customers are met with condescension or outright rudeness.
