They don't answer their phone. And then if they do, they put you on hold for ten minutes.

Pharmacist refuses to call insurance company to question medication changes. Does not advocate for patients basically whatever the insurance company computer says that’s final. Why he is even there is the question if all you’re going to do is fill what computer says all you need is somebody that can read and not a pharmacist
I called 15 minutes before they closed and they put me on hold hold which resulted in them hanging up on me twice. I tried calling back a third time at 6:55 and nobody would answer. 9/12/2024. Get your crap together Walmart. Goodbye.
