No communication. Transferred rx via app, got confirmation via email that transfer and refill request had been completed. But after not seeing it ready, called pharmacy and they said they wouldn't accept the transfer. Now I have to get a new order from Dr. for a different pharmacy. Completed wasted my time, didn't bother to call me about it, and I'll be out of meds for a few days.
Everyone at this pharmacy had always been extremely kind, helpful, compassionate, and informative. The pharmacist Emily is exceptional. We first started using this pharmacy when my special needs dogs was diagnosed with Epilepsy and Dandy Walkers. She was placed on several different medications and it was very costly. She went above and beyond calling her vet neurologist and prescription drug discount companies for a solution to get her medication costs reduced to a far more cost effective price. Horrible customer service from.female pharmacist. Switched my medicine, different type of meds . And she refused to fill. Made me feel like im A drug user.. Very Rude, zero customer service. Transferred all my meds elsewhere
