Just got interrogated at the pickup line because my doctor is in another city. instead of treating me like a valued customer I was hearing things like, "that doesn't sound right, red flag, sorry nothing I can do." The pharmacists at Walmart on Yelm highway are the nicest pharmacists I have ever worked with. I called twice to see if a prescription was in and they were patient, never rushed or tried to hurry up the call, and took extra time to make sure they had the correct info to verify my order wasn’t in yet. Second time I called it was a different person and still kind, patient and respectful and let me know how long a wait and where they were in the process.
