Organizational issues come from the top down. The pharmacists either do not care about people needing medications or are unorganized or both. No reason to have to wait on a prescription for 2 hours when I called the day before to transfer it. The techs and front face staff are working hard.
Friendly and courteous. Yes, they are busy, but look at the world, everyone sick. Get your shots, wear mask when sick, and teach kids to cover mouth when coughing and sneezing and wash hands to keep the infection and diseases down.
Nothing is ever ready at this pharmacy. I just moved here and this is the closest to my house, they never know what they’re doing, each time I call before coming and when I come there’s nothing available
