I had called an RX in for my Dr and people are just rude i was hung up on and was keep on hold for more then 10 min, i will not come back and I will suggest to use another pharmacy for our patients and my owe family
I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes and require multiple prescriptions and choose to have them sent to this pharmacy. Customer service is horrible at just about every point of the prescription filling process. The drop-off counter people assume which prescription I wanted every visit, and the first visit resulted in a prescription of insulin I didn't need being filled and charged to my insurance.
