The ONLY reason I’m using these guys is because rite aide shut down. When was updating my insurance the technician told me it would take longer for some of my medications in case they were wrong. Not one point in my time of getting my medications have they been wrong. And when I asked him to elaborate on it the technician said that it’s a “controlled substance”. Amending my original post. They are callous and don't care. *** The staff here have always been compassionate and patient, even when it is hectic and busy. They see you as a human being and not just a number. I hope the staff gets support because their care goes a long way.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Customer service is lower than a 1 star rating. They will verbally tell you that they will refill a prescription but when we’ve gone to pick it up, they state that they are out and a order will come in “sometime the next day”. Aside from the fact that it’s very dangerous to have people lapse in their medication regime, it’s beyond unprofessional not to let people know the medication is out of stock at this time so they can make alternative arrangements.
