Much friendlier than Walgreens
This is honestly THE WORST customer service I have ever received, and not just once but MULTIPLE times! I was publicly embarrassed by their employees due to their failure to privacy laws and the lack of compassion is unbelievable. And if you try calling to get things sorted out with medications or insurance questions, be prepared to be left on hold for at least 12 minutes before being hung up on only to have it done over and over again without an ounce of apologetic tone returned.
