People are great - but being on the website I can not find where to make an appointment. Can that be fixed?
There is always a line and my prescription is never ready even when I call ahead (which this pharmacy expects you to do every single time you fill a prescription with them). They will not call you if your medication is out of stock or they’re waiting on information from your doctor. Don’t expect a clear explanation or a shred of empathy if you discover there’s an issue after you arrive at the pharmacy either. Meds are never filled on time. You cant tell me a small pharmacy with 3 pharmacists, 6 techs and they cantnkeep up.
Held for 25 minutes. When they finally answered they said the rx was sent in the morning but would not be processed until I physically arrived. Once arrived they said yes a prescription was sent in and it would be a 20 minute wait for them to fill it.. I just heard them say that to the next person in line. My concern is how poorly this pharmacy is ran. I do not have these issues at good acres.I am young and can handle this stress but what about the sick and elderly..
