Wow Pharmacy went from a 5 star to a zero star in a short time . I’m not getting my alerts when they are ready and the entire process is a nightmare. On Saturday the woman answering the phone lines wasn’t even capable of doing the basic math to refill a script. She was extremely rude and refused to do her job to pass the buck . Been here a couple years and definitely time to change pharmacies because this one is going down hill and they don’t give a crud either. they are always very friendly & even when busy they are kind & respectful. They are as fast as any pharmacy I've been to.
Why is it everytime I come here for refills mistakes are made nearly every time? Can't input my insurance back upon the subscription unless I remind where my insurance is from, but every time? Hmmm.... Then today, I trusted the computer on the phone to help with my refills before closing, lol. Yet, didn't send me a text about it til after you we're even closed today? HOW?!?
