Unfortunately, After being a Client at this Pharmacy for 15 years and Having had the BEST Customer Service from Pharmacists to Technicians, for the Past Approx 1 year there has been One Technician that Has A BUT OR A NEGATIVE Attitude, She is an Asian Counter Technician, Who Mentioned Today 6.10.26 that I Cannot Pay for my Basics Along with my Medication at the Counter Because I Hold the Line, I Have been Doing this for 15 years. Very Negative Customer Service from this Cashier Technician.
I've been a customer at this pharmacy for over five years, and I've consistently had a great experience. The staff is always kind, professional, and welcoming, not just to me, but to my entire family. They greet us with a smile every time, and I've never encountered a single issue. Highly recommended!
