I've picked up prescriptions and gotten vaccines at the Elverson Walmart and I'm always impressed by the staff and the customer service, especially pharmacist Randy.

You really need to speak with some of your younger employees about how they treat older customers — or any customers, for that matter. Yesterday (10/14/25 around 10 a.m.) there was a young lady working at the front counter in the pharmacy area, and the way she spoke to an older gentleman in line was completely unacceptable. He seemed unsure about which prescriptions he needed to pick up, and instead of being patient or helpful, she was rude, dismissive, and even raised her voice at him. Phone customer service with Michelle was horrible. She picked up the phone and told me to wait a minute while having a conversation with a coworker. Customer service is about the customer. When you pick up a phone to talk with customer you should be devoted to the customer NOT coworkers. Try again Michelle - maybe a different career is for you?
