You really need to speak with some of your younger employees about how they treat older customers — or any customers, for that matter. Yesterday (10/14/25 around 10 a.m.) there was a young lady working at the front counter in the pharmacy area, and the way she spoke to an older gentleman in line was completely unacceptable. He seemed unsure about which prescriptions he needed to pick up, and instead of being patient or helpful, she was rude, dismissive, and even raised her voice at him. Phone customer service with Michelle was horrible. She picked up the phone and told me to wait a minute while having a conversation with a coworker. Customer service is about the customer. When you pick up a phone to talk with customer you should be devoted to the customer NOT coworkers. Try again Michelle - maybe a different career is for you?

I have had multiple issues with Walmarts Pharmacy every month regarding the automatic refill system for my daughter's diabetes medication. Despite confirming that her prescriptions are set up for automatic refills, they are not refilled in a timely manner. This has led to unnecessary stress and inconvenience as I have to call frantically when her medication runs out.
