Phone customer service with Michelle was horrible. She picked up the phone and told me to wait a minute while having a conversation with a coworker. Customer service is about the customer. When you pick up a phone to talk with customer you should be devoted to the customer NOT coworkers. Try again Michelle - maybe a different career is for you?

I have had multiple issues with Walmarts Pharmacy every month regarding the automatic refill system for my daughter's diabetes medication. Despite confirming that her prescriptions are set up for automatic refills, they are not refilled in a timely manner. This has led to unnecessary stress and inconvenience as I have to call frantically when her medication runs out.
