The one lady ( caucasian, seems to be the oldest there, working in the phartmacy dept, but not a pharmacist, usually at night time) is very very rude. She gave hand gestures as a signal that my insurance card is not working. She didnt answer when I asked why until a male pharmacist stepped in to help, seeing that I was waiting for her answer. He seemed to know this lady's rudeness which triggers customers' anger. Just to identify her, she looks like in late 50's or early 60's, not small, underbite and crossed eyes.

My last visit to Pottstown Walmart was a big dissapointment. The cashier at the pharmacy was very rude. Although her next customer was 5 meters away she wouldn't tell me where the nicotin patches were. She told me in a rude manner that I had to wait for her to finish with that customer. I told her to just tell me the aisle and she ignored me. Another employee didn't know where the pet food was. Now I know why most of my friends and my husband prefer to go to Elverson Walmart. Ps. there shoes are not good i had shoes that were 2 weeks old and i was throuing them out so do not bye shoes there
