Was doing better until today when they decided not to give me my 3 month supply of diabetic test strips that my insurance covers. They only want to prescribe them 30 days at a time because the newer pharmacist doesn’t know how to put in orders. Absolutely ridiculous.
The worst care possible. The employees don't know how to check if a medicine is already filled and say they cannot fill it. Yet the medicine is sitting on the shelf after they rudely tell me I was wrong. I obviously got a notification it was ready or I wouldn't have came. Today they refused contacting the doctor for a refill of my medicine. Seems to be a software issue yet the employees are not helpful. Used to be the best location staff and now it's the worst.
I got in line at 6:52 pm. They close at 7. The guy behind the counter, not sure of his title about a minute later told me, specifically because I was at the back of the line to tell anyone if they came up behind me that they would not be helped today. I KNOW WALMART IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL, but why are you making your responsibility, my responsibility? And why are you not serving people ALL THE WAY til 7 pm?!
