I had a very positive experience with Catherine filling my order 5 minutes before they closed and then Kim answering questions I had two days in a row.
I have Medicaid, Medicare, and United healthcare. This pharmacy refused my medicine over a $1.60 copay. That isn't just wrong it's extremely dangerous and illegal. This is wrong on so many levels. They have put my life at risk over $1.60. I will be reporting them for breaking the law to the NC Medicaid Ombudsman, The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy, and to my insurance. Very helpful pharmacy tech. She got me a really nice discount off my pets rx meds. Any little bit helps, especially since his vet has been ripping me off charging an arm and a leg for it in house. Thank you so much for your help
