Walmart Pharmacy in Roscoe, Illinois does not care about any of their customers/patients! I’m switching pharmacies. They deserve 0 stars.
I had a very pleasant experience at the pharmacy today with Sienna and Crystal. My 16 year old son went to fill a prescription by himself. At the pharmacy, we realized we needed to go back to the provider for a different prescription. Sienna took the time to speak with me over the phone several times until we had it worked out. She was knowledgeable and professional. After my son left, Crystal went out of her way to call and tell me how polite and kind my son was to them.
