I had my worst experiences with Walmart Pharmacy at GURNEE IL today. The prescription was not ready even though I got a call saying it was ready for pick up. The associate who helped me literally asked my birthday in front of other customers four times. After that, she had to left me with another associate to get my prescription, who needed my birthday information one more time in front of all other customers! I felt they did not value patients’ privacy and time at all! Worst experience!
This is our go-to pharmacy. They always have what we need with reasonable prices, and the service is always friendly and helpful.
Of all the years I have been going to Walmart Pharmacy , the Pharmacist and staff has Always treated me with Professional Respect!
