Very polite on the phone just not very quick to fill prescriptions kinda of a long drawn out process process when I called to check on it . All the lady would say is if you haven’t received a text it’s not readyover and over again sorry not a great Walmart . No consideration for other peoples time .

I was in the store shopping two weekends ago and while I was near the pharmacy I noticed a pharmacist yelling at and belittling another. I didn’t catch any of their names but the one doing the yelling had short, black hair. The fact that she did this in front of other customers and while the other lady was helping someone was very unprofessional. I would’ve felt very uncomfortable if I was the customer being helped while the person helping me was being yelled at as they’re trying to help me.
I had my worst experiences with Walmart Pharmacy at GURNEE IL today. The prescription was not ready even though I got a call saying it was ready for pick up. The associate who helped me literally asked my birthday in front of other customers four times. After that, she had to left me with another associate to get my prescription, who needed my birthday information one more time in front of all other customers! I felt they did not value patients’ privacy and time at all! Worst experience!
