I came in to have my medications transferred, and I was told both prescriptions were ready. I waited a long time with no updates, and no one informed me when my medications were actually finished. After all that waiting, I was told to get back in line again, even though I had already been waiting. They were always nice to me and very efficient and friendly. But just now the pharmacist refuses to refill my prescription because it is controlled. I have my own doctors and if my doctors write me a prescription there is no reason the pharmacist should intervene and act like he knows my health problems and what is best for me. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience. The pharmacist is NOT my doctor they do not know my medical history and they do not treat me why do they have the right to not fill my prescriptions.
