I received excellent care and customer service during all my interactions with the pharmacy staff. Emily especially has excellent customer service skills and was very compassionate at pick up. Also, a staff member called me to verify my transfer from another pharmacy. Thank you for a terrific experience. ❤️
Amy the lead cert at the pharmacy is the most unpleasant and unprofessional Walmart employee I’ve ever interacted with. She won’t greet you and drags her feet to give you your prescription. I find myself hoping not to interact with her each time I need to pick up a script.
These people are ridiculously slow and apparently completely incompetent of getting their job done in any kind of a timely fashion.
