I went to drop off and had to wait a little bit because Natasha was helping someone on the phone. I overheard her replies, and she was very patient, informative and caring. I was really impressed. When she helped me, she saw my insurance didn't cover a prescription and called the urgent care right then and there. She went above and beyond not just for me but for the over-the-phone customer.
