My meds were lost by a delivery driver. The pharmacy were quick to make it right. Shout out to Ebonee and the other managers for their wonderful service.
Their texts make getting a refill convenient Very helpful and polite staff.
I absolutely adore the staff here. They have always gone above and beyond to help me and my kids with medicine/insurance for the 8years I have been using them.
Today is Tuesday 9/2/2025- I have been calling the pharmacy and the store since 12:30 until 7pm. Both phone numbers have been continuously busy. I understand that they are busy but at this time I can only conclude that answering the phone is no longer a job requirement!!! So taking it off the hook is a good option....perhaps their phone system was down today....yes that must be it. Very, very discouraged and disappointed.
