Katherine and Tyler always go above and beyond to ensure my prescriptions get ordered and that everything is priced correctly. I p/u roughly 12 a month and it's nice that everything is always ready at the same time for me each month. Thanks again....
The staff who was there yesterday was a Somali guy. He is really nice! Very patient and helpful! He never had an attitude, not like other staff I’ve seen there before. The male pharmacist is also very nice. He goes and helps at the front when he is busy. I’ve never seen another pharmacist go to the front and help the staff.
There’s been a shortage of ADHD meds. It’s been a real challenge trying to find the medication we need. The lady that answered the phone claimed that we had to be a current customer and the doctor has to send the prescription before she could tell me if they have it in stock. She claimed it was for safety reasons. I do not believe her as I have called multiple Walgreens, multiple Cub Foods, multiple Target and multiple Walmart locations and they ALL are able to tell me if it’s in stock.
