I left an original comment complaining about an experience I had. It took these people over an hour to get a basic refill that was already ready according to their automated system. The comment was filtered by Google. Who would have thought corporations defend other corporations 🤷🏼♂ Anyways, I just had about enough after a new experience where their system said my regular refill (no controlled substance) would take until the next day to be ready by 4pm. Psychiatrist has sent in over 5 refill requests and they still haven’t “recieved” anything. Then they are incredibly unhelpful and dismissive trying to usher me off the phone call as quickly as possible, interrupting me and being obnoxiously unhelpful
