Quick service and great customer service, had an issue with our insurance company but the Associate got everything fixed within minutes, this is our Pharmacy and won't be changing Pharmacys anytime soon.
Lack of transparency. I’ve been getting meds from Walmart pharmacies everywhere for 6 years. I’ve never been told to wait 15 minutes, come back 15 minutes later with no refill process even starting with the employee blaming the system for why she didn’t do her job right. Never had problems ever getting drugs from any Walmarts but I can tell they are going through it with a transition. May switch to the ghetto Walmart pharmacy in Fort Collins instead. Not ever waiting 30 minutes for a basic refill again 💯
My experiences here have all been positive. Yes, they are busy. But the pharmacists have all taken the time to answer any questions I’ve had and the techs have been kind and professional. And the prices are amazing. Love my Walmart pharmacy.
