I needed assistance from the pharmacist to fill a prescription that couldn't be finalized online, and he was very helpful when I called this morning. He gathered the required details and helped transfer to another Walmart that had the medication in stock. He called me back right away to confirm that it was transferred, and was very kind throughout the process.

Dr. called in the prescriptions 30min before they closed. I called to see if they would be able to have any of them ready that quickly or if I was better off waiting until the next day. Was told they would try to fill them quickly but couldn't promise that all would be filled. By the time I made it there, maybe 5min before they closed, they had all the scripts filled and ready for me. Can't thank them enough as I really needed the meds!
Having someone sigh while you are asking questions is not professional. Fernando at the pharmacy did not listen to me, sighed while I was speaking, and talked over me instead of allowing me to explain. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. Based on this experience alone, I will not be choosing this pharmacy in the future. This was my first visit and it will be my last.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such discriminatory and unprofessional behavior from a healthcare provider, nor has my husband’s nurse, who regularly manages his prescription. My husband is transgender, and we have used this pharmacy for more than two years without incident. In his 10 years on this medication, we have never encountered anything like what occurred here.
