I typically do not bother with online reviews and assume that there are two sides to every story. However, when you try a place repeatedly and attempt to make excuses for ridiculous policies, inexperienced workers and zero care for the customer , you eventually voice your opinion. Rather than go through all the issues, I think what speaks louder is that out of 10+ trips only one was a positive experience.
They were short-staffed today and still did a better job than their nearby competitors!
I have to say.. I do not shop at Walmart. Due to insurance I was forced to use their pharmacy. I want to say these people at Etters are the kindest most professional people. They ACTUALLY answer the phones and talk to you. I have used CVS Rite Aid and Walgreens. They are horrible. Dirty... there can be a line at the drive through and they just pull the curtain shut and let them sit.
