One person tells you one thing. One person tells you another thing every time you call so I don't understand crazy
I typically do not bother with online reviews and assume that there are two sides to every story. However, when you try a place repeatedly and attempt to make excuses for ridiculous policies, inexperienced workers and zero care for the customer , you eventually voice your opinion. Rather than go through all the issues, I think what speaks louder is that out of 10+ trips only one was a positive experience.
