Worst pharmacy I ever encountered. They never have anything. The online order is a joke. I’ve been ordering medicine for months. Always out of stock. The last prescription my dr sent keeps saying ready soon. It’s been a week. Now it says next week. I walked in person to ask for it and they said my insurance doesn’t cover it, even tho it does. I can’t stand this pharmacy. I miss Rite Aid. There, I said it.
Great service
Literally placed order on a Monday was told it would be ready by Thursday which is ridiculously long to begin with. Checked the app on Thursday & said it would be ready Saturday. I check the app Saturday says it will be ready Tuesday. I call on Saturday and the lady says it’ll be ready Sunday….still don’t have it on Sunday afternoon. People die without their medicine, it’s been a week. And short staffing is no excuse for being a week late. If I could easily transfer pharmacies I would’ve done so.
This is a very caring pharmacy staff and the pharmacist is the most compassionate professional I’ve ever encountered.
