I have had a couple bad experiences here, but I have to say that Dennis, is the rudest Manager I have ever seen. I needed help with something, and he was informed with that, and I watched him talking and laughing with another coworker, while I stood there for 10 minutes. Who hired this guy?? Also, customer service never came to lawn and garden after I called and needed help, I had to dig out what I needed myself through all the boxes.
