Unprofessional, unknowledgeable and uncompassionate. They treated me like it was my fault that they did not have the medication I needed that day ( mind you, to ensure I don’t bleed out after a miscarriage and emergency D&C). Staff could not answer any of my questions regarding the drugs I needed, and got upset with me when my dr switched my prescription to CVS due to their lack of stock and helpfulness.
Had my new medical information and my prescriptions and never bothered to fill them. When I called 3-4 weeks later because I’ve been sick to check on them, they put them in to be filled. Husband also states he’s waiting in line for over 10 minutes and they just slam the window when they close down for lunch. They don’t even bother to tell anyone hey sorry this is the last customer as we’re going to lunch. I guess I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Fed up. Customer service here is awful. The woman who works here and looks native is really rude.
