I came in 15 minutes until closing and I was told that they didn't have my medication. The tech only checked my file again because I persistently asked. It turns out they did have it but the she did not know the generic name for the medication and found out only through me googling it for her. Then they refused to fill it because it was close to closing even though the delay was caused by her incompetentence. I am pregnant and I really need to stay regular with my medication. Just a reminder it’s short staffed and long waiting times.
Stoughton walmart refused to use my $10pampers rewards because it was a code you had to enter and not a barcode to be scanned. I even went to customer serivce and apparently talked to the store manager who told me their policy states they can only use rewards with a scandal barcode, not a code that you have to enter. She refused to even try and told me I'd just have to pay and then I can call 1800walmart number to talk to someone else. Lead Pharmacist, will harass you says she is a doctor and uses HIPPA lwas to find out your medical history. Totally unprofessional use different parmacy where Pharmacist distribute medications doctor perscribes.
