Someone keeps calling me with your number asking me to pay them back for a student loan. She hung up after I told her that I never had a student loan. I called back and she answered the phone. She has called before using your phone trying to get me to send her money. She has a heavy accent and answers the phone in your pharmacy. She called me at 4:03 pm my time in Utah. The people are great, but every time a new prescription gets sent in, you have to wait until the next day to pick it up. It’s ridiculous that with a company this big that that wait time is needed for common medications. Is it cost cutting or laziness, or short staffing?
Nothing but horrible experience here and my ins won't let me switch pharmacy ugh. Hard time getting my meds from them there's always a problem they don't even attempt to fix. Not to mention everyone is so rude. I'm going through a problem with them currently about a prescription that's been sitting since Friday when I just had a major procedure done. Go somewhere else it's not worth thr headache.
Why are the pharmacy techs so miserable and rude it happens every time I go there...it's time to change my pharmacy
