Pharmacist Richard has been very rude on numerous occasions. 3 separate times, we have run into insurance issues related to system being down. We simply ask questions very calmly and he just jumps on us with a confrontational approach. It is not received well and because he has now done this 3 times, we are writing this review. Other pharmacists have been great there. The guy who works at the pharmacy is truly one of a kind. He is so helpful, quick and polite. He’s seriously the biggest reason I keep coming back! He’s so awesome!
Worst experience ever definitely transferring meds
I’ve stated once and before usually the service from some of the cashiers in the pharmacy arnt as professional with greeting and the pharmacy manager sucks ! There was a customer stating some reviews should be scrubbed , yea some reviews are old but people experiences matter , your experience just may be different from someone else be considerate of how others feel !
Some of these reviews are years old, & maybe should be scrubbed. I've been using this pharmacy for years now, & while they're not perfect, they're good. Check to see if your order is correct, & they'll fix it. But most of the time, I have no issues with them. I'm getting on in age, & sometimes forget to pick my meds up, but I've never gotten any grief from these employees, rather, quite the opposite. They've been very understanding & kind.
