I love using this pharmacy for all my medications. Everyone here is so sweet and great. Dr. Mena Melek is extremely helpful as well!
I would give 0-star if I could, just for pharmacist Elizabeth Dhans. A couple of times now already, she had been so mean and rude to me, just as it was at the first time she spoke to me ( I had been there many times but most were with the male pharmacist). It feels like to me that very word she had to say to a patient when fulfilling her consulting duty/job, it was a total waste of her time and she loathes it! The dark headed male pharmacist is on point. I had called in a prescription that had a refill on it and it was at my doctors office in Asheville . Just moved down here a while back so I’m trying to get everything transferred here. He called them and the prescription was ready the next morning. He always gets my other medication ready and ready to be picked up in less than an hour. Very polite and had excellent customer service.
My Dr sent in my prescription over a week ago and I hadn’t heard from the Walmart Pharm saying it was ready yet. Called this morning and they said the reason they hadn’t contacted me was because they didn’t have my insurance info but my prescription was in. Went in and they not only didn’t have my prescription, they hadn’t reordered it yet. As I was walking to my car I received a text from them letting me know that they were out of my prescription and they just reordered it. Little late for the warning.
Woodruff Road Wal-Mart Pharmacy did it again. I turned in my scripts and was told that they would be ready at four. When I went to pick them up one was sold to someone else who had ordered the same medicine after me!!! They do this all the time to me. Time to switch I guess.
