I really wanted to like this pharmacy because it’s so close to home, but the experience here has been consistently disappointing. There’s always a long wait in line, and they missed multiple promised dates for filling my prescription. Do NOT use this Walmart for Tazarotene. After repeated delays, they transferred me to CVS, which also couldn’t get it. Amazon delivered it within 24 hours—just save yourself the hassle and transfer your prescriptions from Walmart to Amazon like I did.
Called the pharmacy five days before I was supposed to pick up my prescription. I was told that it would be ready on the 28th. Associates not sure of accepting VA insurance when the VA clinic and urgent care sends a patient prescription to a pharmacy knowing the insurance the patient has. If it's changed who's responsibly is it to notify the clinics
