RX called hrs before we arrived, told it would be 15-20 min. We left and came back 25 min later and they still left us in drive through for more than 20 min. They did not speak unless we rang again. We rang when we arrived they said it was being bagged. 18 min later we rang again and they sent a signature form. 5 min later we rang again and they just sent it out...no "sorry" or "thank you." Clearly, they don't want us to come back! I wouldn't recommend them if you have any other choice.
